GM mode sliders(CPUvCPU)

Anybody know of good CpuvCpu sliders for the PC version. I'm tired of playing the game the normal way and want to try my hand at a rebuilding team while letting the CPU play. I've tried to make my own sliders but i notice several problems with CPUvCPU games:

1.Too many backdoors
2.Ratings have no influence(I'm playing as the wolves and my team just beat the Spurs and the Lakers handily?)
3.Superstars are not always the focus of the offense

If anybody knows a way of addressing these issues for CPUvCPU games then I'm all ears.
