Sound Card Problem -> NEEED HEEEEEEEEEEELP!

Hi,
i have a biiiig problem with NBA 2k9. I'm using a SB Audigy 2 Audio Card and a 5.1 Sound System. When I play a normal game e.g. Lakers vs Celtics the computer makes a peep and the Computer restarts. When I don't use the Sound Card everything works.
Is there any Patch to fix it?

It is overheating.Because my computer did the same thing couple of months ago.Clean the dust from ur computer it will help for sure
