heeeeellllppp with editing teams

i have just dl'd rosters with national teams, first is a roster with national teams spain, france and argentina and the other one is philippine national team USA, korea etc... i would like to merge all teams so that i can play all national teams in season.. i would just like to ask how i could do that( the merging of teams with different roster saved files)... tnx in advance
