How do I create uniforms for the PC version?

Can someone help me out? I wouldn't mind messing with this. Anyone?

we cant "create" jerseys really, but we can replace them
there are a few threads around that tell the team's ID number ie Celtics = 005
and for instance, celtics home is uh005.iff, away is ua005.iff, alternate is ux005.iff, ect
you can edit those files with the iff editor at nba-2k.com
we still can't edit numbers, so you will want to find a good base jersey with the numbers you want before you edit it

How do I put jerseys/courts into the game after I download them? The readme says "bin.exe", but that file doesn't exist.

I got blocked from my IP address from using that site. On A DIFFERENT NAME. But no one ever said any bad stuff, so I don't know why?
