PNG Pshoewhite/black Info Request

Basically need info about this png (pshoewhite/black) if this can customize the home and away shoes of players...
Checked into the file and basically saw that pshoewhite are the home shoes worn and black is away... well not all of them looked like that but in theory...
Anyway, I am actually going to test this out to see for myself if it really is that way... hoping one of the patch experts could help me on this to speed things up
