Nba 2k9 roster v.1

Ok im sorry this is not a real roster i just wanted to people to tell me in roster patches when i put it in saves folder in nba 2k9 and in glame i click load the roster patch is not there i am running nba 2k9 with steam

P.S.-Can somebody tell me where to put a shoe patch in what folder?
