Help with Rosters

I know I'm new to all of Nba 2k9 and all of its abilities. That being said, can anyone help me with updating rosters, I've got an .Ros file and a .stg file and I do not know how to put them into the game. Thanks

paste it to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K9\Saves
if you can't find the Application Data, check your CP then show the hidden folders.
