player ratings

hey i want to know how to increase the a certain players playing time. currently i have one player requesting for more playing time i already put the playing time to 39 then when i simulate 12 min quarters i see the summary he only plays 19 min any idea how to fix that?

Look out for his FPG. Normally when this happens it's because the player commits too much fouls. In order to prevent this you'll need to downgrade the player's "commits fouls" tendency from the in-game player editor. Downgrading other tendencies also may affect this such as "on-ball steals" and "contests shots".
