Help over portraits and "save"

I am very interested in learning how to edit the NBA2k9, I already have some echo in this web edition: www.acblive.es on NBA Live 2005.

In NBA2k9 and I learned how to edit tracks and shirts, but not as you open the roster file to change the name of the equipment or change the portrait of juegador.
