Possible to use players in legend rosters for fantasy draft?

Sorry if this has been discussed before; I found nothing with the search feature.
Is there any way possible to add retired players which are on the various "legends" teams to a fantasy draft pool for season or association mode? If so, how would I go about doing that? I think it might be interesting.
