Found mistakes in official patch: Wade's block rating

Now I know why D. Wade and Granger average over 2 BPG. Their ratings were completely wrong. Wade had a block rating of 99 (!!!), Granger had 90.

No wonder he is almost always defensive player of the year.

People have been complaining about Granger averaging 2.something BPG. Wade also was one of the best shotblockers. Now we know why. Don't know why 2k did this. I adjusted their ratings to have them average approx. 1.5 BPG.
