possiblility to pick a tatoo of one CF for put in another CF

Hi guys i'm a big fan of drew gooden the better face for gOOd was made by bbmylove on this websitei found a gooden with armband with number et beautiful tatoo on left arm !! Does it possible to 'Mix" Cf by bbmylove and tatoo and armband from the second cyberface ????Thanks for your help guys !!!!!!! i prepare a .rar for sending for somebody help me !!!
