Editing Sliders In XP ?

Editing Sliders In XP ?
Is there a way to edit the Sliders outside the program NBA 2k9 or only In-Game?
Tried opening the sliders file with Notepad didnt work
Doesnt work with CDBF either
Just would be easier to try other people sliders and modify your own with Cut and Paste and other options

The slider can only be edited ingame
