save folder ?

hello everyone my first post got to say off hand this site rocks
here is my problem i am running xp 64 bit windows with dx10. I installed this game and it went into the steam section
under the name steamapps in a folder called common i guess im ok with that but my problem is that i can not find a folder for the saves like the roster and stuff i even loaded the game and made a copy of the default roster and named it roster001 searched my computer hard drive for the word saves and nba2k9 is there something i am missing or how can i create this folder so that i can do some of the mods out there thanks in advance.
oh and yes i looked in the my documents section all my other games info is in there but this game.
