Problem with 2k9 :(

Hey 
as You understand I got a problem with my 2k9.. When I play the game - after every 5-6 minutes, my pc is getting very low.. (creepy) .. actually I don't know why - because my computer is good: AMD X2 6000+, 1Gb video card and 3,5 Ram.. I tried to play on the lowest settings.. and the problem was the same.. game ir running normal, and after some minutes, the same problem - a few seconds computer is going very slowly..
P.S. on the other games, like Crysis, PES09, etc. - everything is ok..
