can anyone teach me how to update courts myself? i've seen veritas great courts and i'm wondering how he did it which programs do i need?

I don’t want to sound vain but i think i'm very good at photoshop. i tried to edit the courts in textmod, my only problem is a can't find the right textures..i don't get the green texture-overlay...
