Is This Game Worth Getting for PC?

I have it for 360 & LOVE it but I'm a shoe FREAK & there seems to be some GREAT shoe patches for the pc.
So, is it worth it to make the switch to pc?

I have an hp w/ a upgraded (game) video card, not sure the rest of the details cause i bought it just 4 gaming. I use a Mac 4 everything else, I wish they made this game 4 the Mac!
