Remove Cornrows and edit legs?

Hey everyone, I know vhan removed Melo's cornrows and released an iff... are there any tutorials just yet on how to do this?

Also, are there any way to edit leg textures in iff format?

Figured out the cornrow removal, but can't figure out the legs just yet.
