how can i create a face??

How can i found exactly the iff that contains the face of a player,,for example rudy fernandez¿?¿?¿?¿?¿

download the iff roster editor v0.2c released by hades, its been posted a few times so search for it
when you open that up, look for his entry in the roster, and on the bottom right it will tell you his faceID

i found the iff of a player, but when i make the face with photoshop, and put in the iff, the face of the player is rare, with a green color in pixels,,,can anyone say me what i do wrong¿?
