pls help: intentional faul

pls help me with intentional faul.....

In nba rules I have - intentional faul: ON

BUT

I can faul some player hard in game(button intentional faul) but referee doesnt whistle nothing (i dont know why)

the same here, whenever i click the button for the intentional foul my other player don't foul the player who's handing the basketball, so my game was a lost. And it's hard to get a foul for clicking the steal button continuously. Why does this happen?any solutions?

delete your saved settings, restart the game. New settings will be created by autosave, and woala! they're calling the foul
