Association Question?/ Important...

So im using the Nuggets, but why is it that Dahntay Jones really wants to move from Denver badly even though he is playing great...

He averages about 14ppg 5rpg

He just plays awesomebut why is it that he wants out??

Is his personality "Unpredictable?" Are you meeting his needs like "play for a winner, etc? Those could contribute, but it doen't mean he will just refuse to resign with you.
