? about player chemistry and saving problem PC

Is there a way to see what players chemistry will be? What do different character types mean and how do they reflect on players morale depending on their role?

I have problem with rosters and created player:

I edited the roster (player attributes, packages, trades) and created my own player and everytime it resets my roster plus the saved roster that I have also resets??? I tried to do it with both autosave on and off but with no success. I also created a player and once I go back from association to roster maneger it's all back to resent??? What am I doing wrong? If you don't have that prrobleem on PC if you can walk me through your process step by step (even the most obvious stuff) I would really apreciate it. I love the game but the menu setup is aweful!
