Anyone knows if we can put Nba 2k9 in Minimum Details Graphics?

In My PC the Nba 2k9 is in Slow Motion

you cant put it in low details but it would really look bad and btw the cause of the slow motion might be because you have a bad processor a low ram and a bad video card btw can you post your specs here?

i think it is Processor

Processor: 1.83 GhZ Intel Core2Duo
RAM: 1GB
Video Card:GeForce 7300

but look Kris sometimes the game is very fast but ohter times very slow how can I solve it?
