editing logo problem

I replaced the vipers logo for this unicaja malaga (euroleague team) logo.
I inserted the right texture but the shape of the logo has not changed.
EXAMPLE:
You can apreciate the logo's old form (the snake)
Somebody can help me?

To change this possibly needs 3d modeling which we cant do. Try to choose another logo.
And this logo you only see in choose teams not in association and ingame scoreboard which are much more important

I had the same problem with TAU Ceramica´s (Spain) logo, too. I used the train team logo(express?).
I don´t know how to
