How do i trade for draft picks in the PC version?

I'm trying recreate the Pistons-Nuggets trade in my Association, I know I'll have to throw my team in the mix but I'm not sure how to ask for draft picks?

EDIT Figured it out it's [] buttons on the ketboard.

What does trade overide do? I'm trying to force the trade but it won't let me.

Trade override allows you to override trades made by the PC... I havent enabled it in my dynasty so dunno how to...
