A Few Questions (Hotkeys/Patches/Practice/Buttons

First off, I'm loving this game! So glad I built a new pc earlier this year...

Anyway, couple questions:

1. Is there any way to setup hotkeys for "doubleteam" on current ballholder when on defense and is there a way to setup a hotkey for "cut to the backet" on offense? (I'm using logitech dual action gamepad)

2. Does anyone know if 2k sports is going to release roster patches for the pc version. Also, I knew how to download mods from here for nba live 06 and put the files in my save folder and tada it would be done. Is 2k9 the same way? Im hearing a lot about texmod that needs to be downloaded and whatnot which has been causing problems for some people....

3. Is there a way just to practice with your team in association instead of development where you arent free to roam? So many menus I might be missing it...

5. I know there is a change for the buttons above player's heads to xbox version but Im wondering if there is a way to change the numbers for the plays/players....My gamepad has B4 and B3 for example but when i press B3 it goes to B2.....Is there a fix?

go to action buttons/key and match up all tha buttons except b11 and b12. so b11 = 7 and b12 = 8 not hard to remember.
