can someone please make deron washington
drafted 59th overall in 2008 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons
he can be a good player for the sprite dunk contest

the recent picture of deron from sunday game between Hapoel Holon and Bnei HaSharon

Why? He's not even in the NBA right now. Unless he's a Legend.

If he's a good player, why isn't he playing in the NBA after being drafted?

beacuse of the place he was drafted...
not every one thet is drafted play in the nba...

Then why make a CAP for him?

so he can be a free agent
