Controller Problem

I have a 360 pad and when I plug it in, the left/right sticks are unmapped, along with post-up/turbo/direct pass and off-ball control. I mapped them myself, no big deal. The problem lies in the fact that I can't really do Iso-motion moves. For example, the left trigger does absolutely nothing except post-up and like... some random string of crossovers. Right trigger works for turbo and I THINK it works for isomotion moves. But I can't do size ups and stutters. When I just press the left or right trigger, my player will just do a random set of dribbles that are predefined.

Another thing is that I have a Saitek gamer's keyboard and the game detects that as a controller for some reason. I have to go into the controls and change a control for my 360 pad in order for it to work correctly.

In addition, my 360 pad is assigned to 4th or 5th player or something. I love the game, but the control issues aren't making it fun. Hopefully someone can help me out with the iso-motion problem, as that's the biggest issue.
