Association Problem

Association on nba 2k9 for PC..still has the same problem of the centers playing 2 little and scoring so low :S Someone know how to fix this and others problems on association?

Well, increasing the cpu 'look for post players' slider helps.

Anoher association problem.

Season 1: I spend my mid-level exception on a one-year contract for Shaun Livingston. I offered him a contract that would've been over the cap, and the game offers to use the mid-level on Shaun. Works like a charm.

Season 2: Shaun's off my roster and I want to sign a different free agent with the mid-level exception (because Shaun didn't make the team very often) but the game doesn't offer me that possibility anymore even though it says (during free agency) that I still have my mid-level exception.

How can I use the mid-level exception? Is this a bug or is there a way to offer it to a player that I'm not aware of?

I don't think you can use the mid-level exception on anyone. Also, I think you must be over the cap to use it.

Or the free agent doesn't want a mid-level exception contract.
