Does NBA 2K9 have this infamous glitch?

I remember in NBA Live 06-08 there was a glitch that when you got blocked, it would count as two missed shots so it's fairly easy for an inside player to shoot below 45% for each game(I don't know why EA never fixed this issue). Does NBA 2K9 have the same glitch? I hope not since this is the one of the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced when playing NBA live.
