Well the official nba 2k9 site lists 2kHD as a feature and that goes along with the 360 and the ps3 versions.
For the 20 dollar pricepoint, well, they want to convert us prevent piracy, and some third reason i forget.
PS3/360 I'm pretty sure is 60 bucks, not 45.

To answer the PC demo question, I have been told there is one in the works that is project right before release date, but no official date. Sorry.
