Nice find!
So many promising things shown.
- Faces seem to look a lot more accurate and real looking
- Noticed quite a few new animations, such as some nice new passes from Paul and some new dribbling as well as player celebrations like Raja's after he nails that 3
- Presentation-wise they seem to have answered all our prayers for a game that presents like a real game on TV. Nice pre-game, intermission, and Gatorade sideline report. I like the change away from Craig Sager (or however you spell it).
- Gameplay - the only thing I noticed was the D seemed to be a little more aware, and responsive to what's around them, nothing major but the little things just seemed different on D
- Players move alot faster, AI sprinted down the court ridiculously fast, not a big deal, something that can be adjusted with sliders
- On offense teammates again seem a lot more aware, move around more and trying to get open without having to run specific plays (or so it seemed)
All in all I'm excited for this game once again. Seems to have the most improvement from last year out of all basketball games. I mean from 2k7- 2k8 nothing major really changed, 2k8 - 2k9 looks alot more promising.
P.S.

That link has screenshots of the ratings for all players, and also afew new videos including the IV teaser thingy which looks like shit. One of the videos shows off create a player which is the exact same as last year but w.e wouldn't use it much anyways.
One more edit. Eventually after all the ratings, there are some new in-game screen shots, look good.
