help!

my 2k9 now runs CRAZILY! i played in practice mode and it runs super fast...videos in the menu are also going super fast...tried to mess around with the video settings but to no avail....can anyone help?

try turning on your V-SYNC

well... apparently restarting the computer like SkyLine03LT said did the trick....thanks everyone!
