how can i get the 2.0 dunk packages(PC)??

I believe that they would be unlocked in a patch sometime during the season. Those are part of the "living rosters" feature. I've also read that generated rookies in association mode get randomly assigned packages and can end up with one of the 2.0 packages.

oh man this is cool....so we will be expecting a patch for the pc unlocking the 2.0 dunks?

On the 360 version, yes. On the PC version, I have no idea, but if a roster editor gets released, I'm sure we will be able to add them from there.

Yeah, I heard it would be a matter of weeks, and that was a week ago. However, just because a patch is released doesn't mean that the 2.0 animation packages will get unlocked.
