team tendencies

i know how to get to the screen where i can edit the player tendencies

but i saw nogster's tendencies and he has values for the teams...cant seem to find where to edit the team tendencies...

Look for something like Coach Profiles.

Go to features and coach profiles. I think that's where it is.
