Editing IFF using Amiga Forever/Corel Paint Shop

Could somebody try if these program could edit the iff files for nba 2k9, i don't have any of these two but i bet amiga would solve our patching problems..!!

downloaded the trial for corel paint shop off download.com and when trying to open the "amiga" iff file it failed.
the iff files arent a texture file, it is a container file like a fsh file. so we need a program like dolffin, fshx, fshed, etc. not one like paint, gimp, or PS
