please help to make a photoshop trasparency/opacity .png

hi, i try to make the philadelphia retro jersey...but i have one problem with the photoshop trasparency/opacity of this file .png, can you help me please to set the trasparency with photoshop and give me the upload files (1024x512x24) please?
i have the same problem also with the socks...please help me )) thank you to all
