another question (trades/signings)

So im playing the accociation mode and it really annoys me that the CPU does so many trades, ok, i can turn off the trading...but still...then CPU starts signing all kind of players to their teams and it just makes the game that much less realistic..so im asking, if there is a way to turn off the signing aswell as the trading
