[Steam error] The game is currently unavailable...

Finally got the computer back up after series of formatting...and installed 2k9 again.

But,

After installing and attempting to launch the game, I keep getting the "The game is currently unavailable please try again later" Error in steam.

I searched and tried other's solution but nothing worked. I tried:

- Exit steam and restart (no change)
- deleting .blob file under steam folder (no change)
- Deleting everything cept steam.exe and steamapp folder in program files and let steam do the updating at startup (no change)
- Uninstalling 2k9 and reinstalling it (no change)
- Uninstalling both 2k9 and steam and reinstalling both (no change)
- Closed NOD32 anti-virus and load it up again (no change)
- restart comp and tried again (no change)

Same error

Anyone encounter this or know a solution to fix it?? I may need to sue Steam soon. I'm getting soooo frustrated.
