Saving settings problem pls help!!

Guys i have an asus a6vm laptop with 1.86 ghz 2gb ram and required disk space and gforce 7300 with pixel 3.0 support.

So my problem is that i can't save any settings or my profile, it keep on saying cannot create save on disk, save failed. and when i tried to find my 2k folder in application data it doesn't exist at all, i created on my own but it doesn't recognize it either, so i'm waiting for your help thx in advance.
