360 dunks or windmills arent available on 2k9?

Yes there is flashy dunks. They aren't as easy to do as in Live.

You usually cannot do them in the crowd. They sometimes happen on fast breaks.

To do flashy/360 dunks; Hold RT and move the right stick on the opposite direction from the rim (Camera relative).
Try different stick directions for different types of dunks

There are a lot of dunks in the 2k9 console games but i dont know hwo to do them on PC

This is a sim game so those dunks are and should be few and far between.
