Please don't post torrent information, even if it's fake. Doing so will get you IP banned.

The demo exists still and is only days away. Hang in there PC demo wanters.

Means theres a chance that we can get a Demo for NBA 2k9.

"and it is only days away"

Amazing. You people are never satisfied. Take Two comes along and saves our @sses with a NEXT GEN, PC game, for $19.99 and it's a "disgrace" that they can't put out a demo early. Wow. Just wow. It's easy to bitch and moan about this and that but when someone does something extraordinary for you and you bitch and moan then why should they even bother?

I for one don't care if the game is worse than Backyard Basketball. For the price and just because they cared is enough for me to run out and buy 3 copies.

I'm not bitching and moaning.

Look I always been a 2K supporter and I love how this game is a XBOX 360 port for 20 bucks... 20 bucks! c'mon people it's either a next-gen baskteball game for PC or some wack ass pair of Starbury's LOL

It's just 2K has took so long with the demo, now the main purpose of a demo is to bring it out before the release of the full game so you know, people can try it out and see how will there PCs can run this game. But how are they going to release a demo, possibly a week or a couple of days after the full game came out? c'mon B

but for actually buying the game 2morrow, I seen videos and I seen screenies... I think I can run this game at max settings with the specs I have so this game is def. a must buy.

Not everyone buys games on day one. People that do, want the game already.

The demo is to convince the fence-sitters and everyone else to buy the game over the course of its retail life. (And it takes extra work to create a demo.)

I'm sorry if I sounded a little offensive before. I didn't mean to, at least not to you. I was just on the 2k9 forums and some of the people there were complaining about dumb things in the PS3 and XBOX versions. They don't know how good they have it until they've been subjected to EA's garbage PC version for the last 10 years.

I do agree that a demo should come out at least a month before the game. It works out well for their marketing purposes too. But I really can't fault them - from their late announcement on the PC version, it sounds like Take Two made the decision in August to release a PC version. So it's practically a miracle that we're getting the game 2 weeks after the "main" versions. I'm sure next year, the demo will come out a little earlier. Still, at $20 bucks, I'd buy it to use the DVD as a coffee cup coaster. Just cause they cared...

Great post bro. before 2K annouced that there will be a PC version we all was disappointed with the EA desicion of not releasing a PC version of live 09 then 2K stand out and saved us from playing live 08 for a whole another year with there great game that made us all satisfied with a series that all of us was dieing to have it on thier PC's instead of EA's crapp that we had to put up with for over 10 years so please guys show some appreciation to 2K and have some patience.
