Commentary,PA sounds, Dribble, and Rim Sound gone

yesterday, all was working perfectly until i opened my game today, only the menu music is playing. and while playing a quick game, the crowd's sound is the only one that you'll hear. there's no commentary,player chatter, and rim sound. i've tried adjusting the in game sound setting but nothing happens. can someone help me about this problem?

nope sir. i haven't changed anything.

Try removing your settings file from the saves directory and see if the problem is fixed.

i already tried all possible things but still nothing happens.

Make a system restore point before you try any of this.

-Upgrade or downgrade your sound drivers.
-Check for updates of DirectX.
-Reinstall the game.

I have the same issue. I get audio, just selected audio. I've got up to date drivers. I've got realtek audio, it's probably that.
