my 2k10 glitches, errors, bugs.

Hello,
My 2k10 have couple of errors.
1. the first error is that there is no name displayed on their jersey's back, all of the players jersey have the problem. And some have a stripe on the side w/c isn't natural in a jersey. (why is that? is there any solution?)
btw, I already installed Jersey patch (Mr.Aar's masterpiece) but still I have the same problem.
2. and second, there are no broadcasters/commentators during a game (Quick game) I haven't tried any yet, just quick game. How can I fix that?
