NBA 2k9 problem in Windows 7

Just installed 2k9 on Windows 7, it runs but during game time, it pauses for like every 2 seconds... its like having buffer problem while watching online video. i've tried re-installing it a couple of times but same result. can somebody help me with this? here is my specs

i run nba 2k9 also in windows 7 without any problems
