need your help for patching!!!

hi everybody...
you may know me for my nba live player patches!?!
i just got nba 2k9 and want to make some face patches now.
can somebody tell me what programms/edtor i need and how to use them? i searched the forum but can't find a good tutorial for that all. it seems to me that patching 2k9 is much more diffucult than nba live...

i hope somebody can halp me out so that i can make some patches like in nba live...
