2K9 PC demo error

I downloaded the demo for PC on steam. But when I try to launch the demo it says: "Application load error 9:0000065450".
Does any one know what to do? I updated directx drivers but it didn't help.

What are your system specs? Check the minimum requirements, that maybe the problem.

Well, I have a laptop with core 2 duo 2.0 ghz, 4 GB ram, Geforce 9600 GT with 1024 MB ram. So I don't think it's my system. :cry:
