How can i change the hair color and texture without Texmod.

Can some one please answer my question. i want to know exactly how to edit the hair texture and its color. PLEASEEEEE.

With Photoshop.

I can't believe you didn't know that there are IFF editors out there. So, look at the top of the 2K9 Patch Releases and Previes section. There should be an IFF Editor Beta 9 thread stickied. Read through that thread while downloading the tool. Also grab a 2K9 Roster editor (Flying Finn's and Hades) so you can find out which png###.iff file belongs to the player you want to edit.

OMG...guy's this is not what i meant.
Of course i know about editing texture specially with photoshop but iam not talking about a normal cyberface with hair attached to it iam talking about a created or imported hair with a separate texture like if i imported Pau Gasol's hair to Andrew Bouget the hair is brown and i want to change it to black how is that while the hair shape and it's texture is overlapping the original hair texture from the Bouget's cyberface so my question is from where i can extract this hair textures while editing the XXXPNG.iff is not effecting it.

That's weird. Can I see a pic of it in-game? If Andrew Bogut's hair is black on his texture, than it should also be black on the hair.
