Hidden Shoe Help

Can someone post a player specfic example of how to assign hidden shoes? I'm using ultra edit and I'm trying to assign the jordan XI to Kobe Bryant, but I can't seem to use the finder to feature in Ultraedit correctly. Don't you find the hex values by subtracting 24 from each of the player's first five attribute numbers? Are there settings on ultraedit I need to adjust before I try to find the player address? What am I doing wrong? I'm using real shoe patch 5.0 with the rosters he attached.

it used hex editor a lot..... you should get used to it..... for now......
