.mip/.dbm files with official patch???

I noticed there were a lot of new files that came with the official patch. The .mip/.dbm files, the face/chest etc. But I tried removing them and they changed nothing. Anyone here know what they do? I'm thinking of deleting them all since they take about 1.71 MB each times a thousand players that's a lot of memory.

Just delete them they dont do or change anything ingame they are just a bunch of junk
